OilSMART EFA Blend is a blend of liquid nutritional oils from certified organic flax seed oil (Linum usitatissimum), certified organic sunflower seed oil (Helianthus annuus), certified organic sesame seed oil (Sesamum indicum), certified organic coconut oil (Cocos nucifera), certified organic borage seed oil (Borago officinalis) and certified organic soy lecithin (Non-GMO).

OilSMART EFA Blend contains the essential fatty acids Omega 3, 6, and 9 in a 3:1:1 ratio. This ratio is used to correct the imbalance of too much Omega 6 fatty acids and not enough Omega 3 fatty acids common with today’s diet.
