All prices at NUTRAWAYSCANADA.COM are exclusive to online shoppers only. Sales, special pricing and promotions that are available through our online store may not be the same at a retail location and vice versa. Pricing between our online store and retail locations may vary and are subject to change at any time.

How to Use the Online Store

Shopping with Nutraways online is easy. Simply, choose a product category on the left hand side and start browsing products.
Click a product to view a detailed description and list of ingredients. Enter the quantity desired and click the green button next to the product's image to add this product to your cart.
Once you've added a product to your cart, you can either checkout your order or continue shopping. If you choose to continue shopping, your products will be saved in your shopping cart.
When you are ready to complete your order, click the checkout button. Enter your shipping information and click continue.

*Please note: creating an account is not necessary. All customers can complete a purchase with or without a customer account. Customers that do create an account will find shopping with us in the future much easier, as your account will have your information saved.
Choose your preferred shipping method and click continue.
Enter your payment information, add any comments in the box at the bottom. Your order is complete! For your reference, you may want to print a copy of your Order Confirmation.

Product Information

Not enough information in a product description? Click on our Health Notes button on the right hand side of our page and get scientific information on virtually any vitamin, herb or homeopathic product. In this section you will also have access to information on different health conditions, drug interactions, diet tips and updated news articles.

Return Policy

Unopened products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of the invoice date for a store credit or refund. Please send us an email to returns@nutrawayscanada.com with your invoice number and reason for return to receive your Return Authorization Number. We must issue you a Return Authorization Number before any products are returned. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping

*Glass bottles are not insured by Canada Post. All glass bottles are packed carefully to help prevent damage.*

* All orders within Canada will include a tracking number. Your tracking number can be found in your confirmation email after your order has been shipped.
* Note: small / light-weight packages being sent to the United States may be shipped by Air Mail, which will arrive to you faster than Expedited Parcel service; howerver, will not include a tracking number.

Shipping Time

* All orders are shipped out within 3 business days from the date your order was placed. *

If a product that you have ordered is not available or on back-order, you will receive an email from us before your order has been shipped out and we will offer the following:

Hold your order and ship once missing product(s) arrive back in stock.
Receive a refund or credit for the missing product(s).

CANADA
Canada Post Expedited Parcel - We are located in Vancouver. So, depending on what Province and city you are in, shipping takes between 1-7 business days.

* Ontario5-7 business days
* Quebec 7 business days

Orders over $70 (before taxes) are shipped free by Canada Post Expedited Parcel (includes tracking number).
You may also upgrade to Canada Post XPRESS POST for a flat rate fee.

Orders below $70 are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel for a flat rate charge (includes tracking number)

USA
Orders over $150 CDN (before taxes) receive FREE Canada Post Expedited Shipping (tracking number included)

Orders below $150 CDN (before taxes) are shipped Canada Post Expedited or Air Mail at a flat rate of $9.95 CDN

International

We ship all over the world. Please select "Shipping will be calculated later" as your shipping option to complete your order. Once your order is complete, we will contact you with the different shipping options and prices. International customers can also email us at sales@nutrawayscanada.com.

**International orders are not insured due to different Custom regulations and laws.
